If you wish to seal the model to prevent staining, most clear spray finishes will adhere to the surface. If the model is stained, you can attempt to clean it with warm water and clear dish soap. In the event that your skeletal model becomes dirty, dabbing the surface with a piece of tape will remove lint or other grime on the surface. In the event that your skeletal model breaks due to accidental misuse or dropping, you can use household superglue to repair it. In most cases we will send a replacement of the same item after the claim has been filed. This will allow us to file a claim with the insurer. In the unlikely event that an item is damaged during shipping (or lost in shipping), we ask that you contact us through e-mail or Etsy, and include pictures of the damaged item, and packaging. We don't have any control over these fees, and are not responsible for any extra fees incurred.Īll shipments are insured through either Shipsurance or USPS. If you place an order for an 11x14 or 11x17 Framed print to a destination outside the US or Canada, you will be refunded the price of the frame and sent an unframed print. Shipments outside the US will take longer due to international customs.ġ1 x 14 and 11x17 Framed prints are no longer shipping internationally with the exception of Canada. They will be shipped via USPS and usually take 1-3 days to arrive, once the item has been shipped.
Orders containing 3D printed item typically take 3-4 weeks to produce.
